With the use of a Vacuum table you achieve considerable advantages:

Construction
Well thought out engineering increases the stability and improved the airflow During development, we focused on stability.
Also the airflow is most important for a vacuum table.
Therefore we optimized the inner construction of the table.

Application for
Our Vacuum tables find application for sign maker, engraver, carpenter, goldsmith, RC-Modeler or tool and die maker. Also for Electro technician for insulation milling or for photography studios (holding during illumination).
Below a list of material that can be clamped very easy and very quick:
Aluminum, Copper, Brass, Gold, Silver, Teflon, Delrin, POM, PVC, Plexiglas, LEXAN, Acrylics, Paper, Foils, MDF, Wood, Balsa, Foam board and Gator foam board.

Operating instructions
For milling and engraving just place the part on the table, and cover the not used space with the foil we sent you.
For series production we recommend the use of the dowel pins.
To cut out a piece (milling thru) use the “mill-thru map”, other wise you we mill in the Vacuum table, and we don’t want to do that.
The Mill thru map improves the adhesion, and protects the surface of the Vacuum table.
This way you can cut thru the part without damaging the table.
